Places Faces and Tastes
Courier News Weekly (Published April 2008)
If you have a thirst for fine art and a palette for fine wine, local artists Rich Godshall, Aurelia Nieves - Callwood and Paul E. Temple will be showing their paintings at the Country Creek Winery. The exhibition "Places, Faces & Tastes II" takes place on Saturday and Sunday, May 3-4 from noon till 6 pm. Godshall, a Montgomery County watercolorist, spent many years in the graphic arts field as an illustrator and designer before leaving that field to open up "Off the Wall Custom Framing and Gallery" in Skippack. He is best known for his landscapes of Montgomery and Bucks Counties. Ms. Nieves-Callwood is an oil painter specializing in portraiture and landscape who resides in Chalfont. She was employed by the American Bank Note Co. where she was the archivist and product manager for 23 years before turning her attention toward painting. Mr. Temple worked with computers before retiring 6 years ago and pursuing his two loves - fishing, and painting. Thankfully, it will be his paintings rather than his fish that are on display. Wine tasting will be provided by Country Creek Winery. The show is open to the public and admission is free. The winery is located at 133 Cressman Road. Telford (Salford Township). For more information call Country Creek Winery at 215.723.6516 or visit their website at www.countrycreekwinery.com.
